This week, the governor of Georgia vetoed an important piece of legislation to Christians in America. What we lost was the protection from LGBTQ activists to persecute us. The bill simply was to protect Pastors from being FORCED to perform LGBTQ weddings. Not only did the LGBTQ activists lobby the governor, but also several corporations, the NFL, Coke, Apple, Disney, and Time Warner threatened the governor. These actions, no doubt, motivated the governor to veto the bill. The press said that the bill was not necessary because the constitution of the US protected pastors from the threat of prosecution from refusing to perform LGBTQ weddings. If this was true, then why try to kill the bill?

In my opinion, more is going on here than meets the eye. When you consider that since gay marriage was legalized by the Supreme Court recently, only about 5% of the gay population has gotten legally married. One would think, that with such an important victory, more gays would be taking advantage of their new “right”. Also, how many Christian business would actually refuse service to a gay couple seeking marriage? I would think, not many. The reality is, the LGBTQ activists are seeking to marginalize the political power of Christians, just like Hitler marginalized the political power of German Jews before the war. They are using LGBTQ issues as a vehicle to gain more power. This is just more Political Correctness but with more power, the power to prosecute as well as persecute.

I have often wondered where the aristocracy that used to run the whole world went, after the American Revolution began the process of instilling majority rule in the world. They did not disappear, but rather retreated into political activities that were designed to get their power back, in my opinion. These activities always had a leftist bent. On example is Marxism where the “vanguard” would be bringing a socialist revolution to the world. This vanguard sounds curiously like the aristocracy. These people feel that they are superior to the rest of us. This is part of Satan’s plan, to use the Social Contract game to drive people AWAY from God. LBGTQ activists are just aristocrats in disguise.

We Christians must pray that Americans will not see us as the evil people that the LBGTQ activists are portraying us to be. If they are successful, America will no longer be the place in the world where the Gospel goes out from. Maybe, this is a sign from God that the end is even closer than we think. After all, where can Christians go now to escape persecution?
