John Stonestreet points out that we really cannot “agree to disagree” on this issue. He points out, that gay marriage is one of those issues that need to be dealt with by the Christian community as a whole, just like when biblical cannon was identified, and the concept of the trinity upheld by the council of Nicaea. I agree. Gay Marriage is a joke, a redefinition of a long (6000 years?) held view of marriage and an illogical argument. Christians who uphold the concept of gay marriage are just caving into pop culture. It is time to call out these people and inform them that friendship with the world is enmity with Christ.
